I read my open letter to the Board of Selectman. Charles Sisitsky was considerate enough to ask me to stay and give some input on 2003/2004 budgetting.  I declined. I watched them on cable afterwards, busily devising budgets based on excessively optimistic state aid. After this market bubble works its way thru state revenues and is over and done with, every single dime will have been spent on increasing staff levels at every opportunity. Nothing will have been put aside.
