Neither Sisitsky, Christine Mulroney or Geoffrey Epstein will tell you that over 50% of our school children are latinos. We are no longer an english majority school. If schools are 70% of the total city budget, then, half of that is used to educate children from South and Central America, not American children. Has he ever added his annual federal/state/local taxes and compared that figure with his grocery bill or car bills? I think not!
