Parking Your Kid(s).
As the price of real estate climbs in Framingham, one of the side effects is that any family buying into Framingham will most likely have to be a working couple with kids. Their major preoccupation will be "What do we do with the kids while we're at work. This is called parking your kid(s). We can expect a push for more extracuricular activities at school. Personally, I'm against every tax payer having to pay for these activities. Our schools should educate our children, not watch them and supervise them after school. Parents should pay for all extracurricular activities including time for personnel, bussing, and liability insurance arising from kid care.
