What public service is provided by the police maintaining intelligence files on law abiding citizens? Is this part of your job definition? Are you proud? Is it illegal to walk at 0400 in the morning? Is it illegal to walk at 1000 in the morning? Do laws change in the transition from daylight to nighttime? If so, which ones? Can the police stop anyone at anytime for any reason? Do you understand probable cause? If so, define it for me. Why was I stopped? Is there a legal requirement to identify yourself to police? If someone is not commiting a crime, what reasons can be used to stop a person and hold them against their will? Show me a single law that prevents you from turning someone over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after they fail to show evidence of citizenship or residence after being arrested for driving without a license.
