A congress woman recently stated that it is not against the law to enter this country. It is against the law. See the 1952 Immigration and Nationality Act (I.N.A.) Section 275 (sections (a) thru (d).
Section (a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under Title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under Title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
This is the law that explicity states that if you enter the country and evade a port of entry, then you are an illegal alien (not to be confused with immigrant). If you come in thru a port of entry with an immigration facility, you become a documented alien. Most immigrants in Framingham are illegal aliens (trespassitos). They have violated federal immigration laws and we welcome them in Framingham, no matter what the cost to our schools. This is the main reason for the the $60 million Fuller override coming at you later this year. This is not some new phenomenon but a cancer that's been rapidly metastasizing on the city of Framingham for decades now. Even our library helps the illegals.

The proposed
Fuller debt-inclusion override for $59 million
that will be shoved down our throats by the public sector unions
(who get the bennies) can be done by borrowing the money. Currently,
Framingham's
debt under the debt limit is limited to
$450 million (5% of total assesed value of the city).
The current amount in
that debt category is about $120 million.
We can easily absorb another $60 million.
Regretably, our idiot mayor (and councillors) will kowtow to the public sector unions (who represent our largest voting block, with money). Our largest is the Framingham Teachers Association. . They have many different unions, all bullying the school committee |

Note that this man has been deported many times and loves alcohol. The illegals (trespassitos) constitute the majority of work for all city/state services, including schools, police and fire and particularly our courts/DAs. This is their bread and butter work for their ridiculous incomes. Take away this work, and we could free up a third of all public resources being consumed.
