There are two unions involved here.

Public Employee Local Union 1116, Administrative Unit Employees

This one, strangely enough, comes with twelve ( 12 ) pages of salary tables!

Public Employees Local Union 1156

This one comes with five ( 5 ) pages of salary tables.
There are also two pages of certification reimbursements.
Each little certificate acquired rewards its holder an annual stipend between $100 and $800. See table below.

Article IV

Employees may choose to not be in the union.

Article VI

No strikes or lockouts

Article VII

All employees, whether union members or not, are required to pay union dues.

Article VIII

Seniority begins after a six month probationary waiting period.

Article IX

Bulletining/filing positions, seniority rules on openings and promotions.
The six month probation may be extended for another six months.

Article XI

Section 1 11 holidays
Section 3
Day before Xmas is a holiday with pay.
Pay is 2.5 times normal if you work that day.

Article XII

Annual clothing allowance of $460 annually

Article XIII

Vacation, 3-5 weeks depending on longevity.
Unused vacation may be converted to sick time

Article XV

Work day 0700-1500, half hour for lunch.

Article XVII

Overtime, superintendents/operation managers receive an annual stipend *$5,250 in 2006) in lieu of overtime.

Article XXI

Bereavement leave, 3 days with pay for immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, child, grandparents of employee and spouse)
Proof of death may be requested.

Article XXII

Sick leave 1.25 days per month
May be used to care for wife/children
Two sick days given if no sick time used.
On retirement, unused sick time goes to sick leave bank.
No sick leave is wasted. It's all used. It's not sick leave.

Article XXV

Fifteen minute break for each four hours work period
Imperical evidence shows a fifteen minute break every hour.

Article XXVII

One personal day per fiscal year
