In the 15 years I've been in Framingham, I come to understand that CNC does not understand investigative journalism. I've never seen any in-depth analysis of what goes on in our community by this branch of the Fourth Estate. While both Holmes and Haneisen are very vocal in Framingham politics via their constant stream of written opinions, neither of them actually live in Framingham. Both of them have a very liberal viewpoint and over time, one comes to a conclusion that they have their own agenda.  Rick Holmes lives in Upton but has never run for office in his own community. Miriam Wiley lives in Wellesley. Rob Haneisen does not live in Framingham, has never run for office, his mother is a teacher and his wife will be a teacher. He is rumored to live in either Fitchburg or Marlboro. Peter Reuell lives in Newton.  D. Craig MacCormack lives in North Attleboro. Liz Mineo [508-626-3825] lives in ???.  She does not live in Framingham. There are certain phrases that these people will avoid mentioning. One is "a tax under-ride", and another is "illegal alien".
